良辰美景．The Best Time, The Worst Time

青洲（ILHA VERDE，葡萄牙語：綠島），原為澳門半島對出西北面的一個小島，後與澳門連成一體，與中國大陸只有一河之隔；現時澳門政府為解決住屋問題，未來將計畫于青洲興建大型社會經濟房屋，青洲木屋區將會被全面清拆──青洲正面臨重大改變。為了完成父親的心願，希望一家團聚，兒子在寒冷的春節期間由中國來到澳門，手拿著一封信及照片，去到青洲木屋區尋找他的母親。可是現在的青洲已經產生了巨大改變，人去樓空，不知母親的身影在哪裡？兒子也不知道自己身在哪裡？

導演

何家政，國立臺灣藝術大學電影學系畢業，主修電影史及當代電影理論。曾拍攝多部短片，導演作品包括：以16mm底片拍攝劇情短片《假設愛情》；數碼劇情短片《流離》（2003全澳原創錄影展優異作品）、《夜景》（第七屆兩岸四地學生電影錄影節最優秀作品）、《遺書》（入選2007澳門國際電影錄影展本地作品單元）；數碼實驗短片《碧玉之聲》、《玩轉大事件》、《臺北藍》、《Let Down》；數碼紀錄短片《訪問一位在臺灣拍攝紀錄片的澳門人》（入選2007澳門國際電影錄影展本地作品單元）、《青洲坊拾壹街柒號》、《青洲文件》；曾參與錄影創作的本地劇場作品有石頭公社《聽見了，當紅鼻子遇上橘色的天空》及本屆澳門藝穗節「新世代實驗室」單元《牛佬日記》。

Green Island, or Ilha Verde in Portuguese, was a small island lying opposite to the north-western part of the Macau peninsula. As time went, it was gradually linked up with Macau. It is separated from Mainland China by a strip of waters. To solve the housing problem, the Macau government is planning to construct a sizeable social housing estate in Green Island. The squatter area of the Green Island will be demolished. Green Island is facing an impending dramatic change.

To realize the wish of the father to be reunited as a family, the son comes to Macau from China in a cold winter with a letter and a photo. He is looking for his mother in the squatter area of Green Island. The area has changed so much that the whereabouts of the mother has become unknown. At the same time, the son finds himself lost in the place.

After so many years, time and places, though beautiful, have become vain. To whom can their former beauty be depicted?

About the Director

Ho Ka Chengg is a graduate of the National Arts University of Taiwan majoring in Film History and Contemporary Film Theory. He has a number of works and has participated in the video part by the Stome Commune.
