亞明的澳門 – Ah Ming’s Macau

作品當1994年在澳門首映時稱為『完全澳門人電影』, 以標榜電影由澳門人演出及製作(其實大部份製作人員來自香港)。電影是一部半自傳半紀錄作品, 講述在美國讀電影系的學生亞明回來澳門籌款拍攝他的畢業作品, 其中穿插多個澳門各界人士的訪問, 表達他們對澳門踏入過渡期的感受。電影算是開了澳門獨立電影的先河, 受邀參加多個在美國及歐洲舉行的影展。該片97年與騎單車的人一起聯映。

導演

朱佑人，澳門出生，美國南加州大學電影系碩士學位, 畢業作品「亞明的澳門」參加多個影展。九九完成第二部作品『沉默澳門人我不是』，作品繼續關注澳門人對澳門城市的感受。同年為澳門回歸拍攝了『忘不了, 1999年12月20日』，並在回歸當晚在三燈放映。作品更參加香港國際電影節。除拍攝與澳門有關的作品外，還致力推廣電影/錄影文化，於二00零年成立「拍板視覺藝術團」，成為澳門最活躍的影像團體，舉辦多個放映會，錄影班，入中學教授錄影及舉辨多個電影/錄影節。

It was proclaimed a ‘Complete Macau People Movie’ when it was shown in 1994 to emphasize the Macau elements in casting and production (despite the fact that majority of the production crew was from Hong Kong). The movie is a semi-biography-documentary piece.

Ah Ming is a student studying film production in the USA. He returns to Macau to raise fund for making his graduation work. People from different walks of life were interviewed in the movie to express their feelings about the impending transition period.

The movie is a pioneer of Macau independent film making and was invited to participate in different film festivals in the USA and Europe. This movie was jointly shown in 1997 with The Bicycle Man.

About the Director

Chu Iao Ian, graduated from School of Cinema-TV, University of Southern California in 1997, his thesis project “ Ah Ming’s Macau “ entered many festivals including the Yamagata International Documentary Film Festival and Los Angeles International Asian Film Festival etc.

He is now stationing in Macau and works as a free-lance video worker with his own company. He is also the founder of the active Macau video-film group “ Audio-visual CUT Association “ .
